These terms apply when you use openlineagents.com and the OpenLine client portal, operated by OpenLine Agents (“OpenLine”, “we”, “us”), a services company based in Miami, Florida. By using the website or the portal, you agree to these terms.
01Our services and proposals
The information on this website describes our services in general terms. Services are activated only after a signed proposal or agreement, approved content, access to the necessary accounts and a technical check. When a signed agreement exists, it governs the services and prevails over these terms.
Prices shown are launch prices in US dollars for one business and one location, exclude applicable taxes, and may change. Each proposal confirms the scope, the external costs and the commercial terms that apply.
02No guaranteed results
We design and operate better customer-conversation processes, but sales results also depend on your offer, demand and capacity. We do not guarantee revenue, search rankings, lead counts or any specific business outcome. Calculators and examples on this website are illustrative only.
03Demos and samples
Demonstrations, dashboards and conversations shown on this website are scripted samples with sample data. They are not live agents, real customers or measured results.
04Client portal accounts
Portal accounts are for our clients and their authorized users. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity under your account. Tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. We may suspend access to protect the security of the portal or of other clients.
05Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the website or the portal: no attempts to gain unauthorized access, interfere with their operation, scrape them at scale, upload malicious code, or use them for unlawful, misleading or harmful purposes. Don’t submit passwords, payment card data or sensitive personal information through our forms.
06Intellectual property
The website, its design, text and graphics belong to OpenLine or its licensors. You keep the rights to your own content and data. For client engagements, OpenLine keeps its methods and pre-existing components, and the client receives the usage rights described in the agreement.
07Third-party services
Our services often connect to third-party platforms such as Meta and the WhatsApp Business Platform, Google, advertising networks, CRMs and hosting providers. Their use is subject to their own terms and fees, which are usually paid by the client directly. We are not responsible for the availability or policies of those platforms.
08Disclaimers
The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing on this website is legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
09Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpenLine will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the website or the portal. Liability related to contracted services is governed by the client agreement.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless a client agreement provides otherwise.
